Role Description The E-Commerce Executive will manage and optimize Gee Gee Garment’s online sales channels, including brand-owned websites and marketplace platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include listing products with accurate descriptions and images, monitoring inventory and pricing, and coordinating with the production and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. The role involves tracking sales performance, analyzing customer behavior,



and implementing promotions to improve visibility and revenue.

The E-Commerce Executive will also handle customer queries related to online orders, collaborate with marketing on digital campaigns, and prepare regular reports on key metrics. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Erode.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in e-commerce platform management, product listing, and online catalog maintenance - Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc
- Candidates should possess skills in basic digital marketing, SEO for product pages, meta ads, and online promotion coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in data analysis, sales reporting, and use of spreadsheets or e-commerce analytics tools.
- Candidates should possess skills in customer service, order tracking, and coordination with internal teams for dispatch and returns.
- Relevant qualifications include a diploma or degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field, along with prior experience in e-commerce or retail operations.
- Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with apparel or textile industry workflows, strong attention to detail, good communication abilities, and proficiency with MS Office or similar tools.
