We are looking for a skilled E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience in Etsy and eBay to manage international marketplace accounts and help clients grow their global sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Etsy and eBay seller accounts and day-to-day operations.
- Create, optimise, and manage product listings, titles, descriptions, tags, keywords, and images.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and product research for international markets.
- Monitor orders, inventory, pricing, account health, and listing performance.
- Handle listing errors, policy-related issues, account suspensions, and seller support cases.
- Optimise product listings for better visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Monitor marketplace analytics and prepare regular performance reports.




- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to execute marketplace growth strategies.
- Stay updated with Etsy and eBay policies, trends, and marketplace requirements.

Required Skills

- Practical experience managing Etsy and/or eBay seller accounts.
- Robust understanding of international marketplace operations.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, listing optimisation, and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with product uploads, order management, inventory, and account health.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple seller accounts and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1–3 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
- Experience handling international clients or global marketplace sellers.
- Knowledge of Etsy Ads, eBay Promoted Listings, and marketplace analytics is an advantage.
- Experience with seller account onboarding, policy compliance, and account reinstatement is a plus.
