Technical & Safety -

- Knowhow about elevator industry safety requirements i.e. PPE, working on height, shaft entry / exit.
- Minimum 5 years on site experiences of installation.
- Knowledge about hazard analyses.
- Awareness about elevator or escalator installation methodology.

Competencies –

- People management & Team building.
- Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting.

- Understanding of contracts & financial terms.
- Risk assessment

Responsibilities -

- Responsible for planning & forecasting.
- Review & follow-up with assigned team to meet the targets & to ensure project completion within schedule.
- Guide team to manage the changing need and requirements as per site situations.
- Coordinating with other agencies to ensure that work is progressing on schedule




- Scheduling meetings with clients or other stakeholders to discuss project objectives and requirements
- Managing a project’s finances to ensure that costs are controlled and within budget.

- Tracks the schedules, milestones, and time for adherence to quality and delivery targets.

- Ensure only authorized installation partner employees working on site.
- Ensure that all work is being carried out by installation partner employees in accordance to Protected Work Procedures, proper PPEs and other safety equipment & tke Safety Policy and other applicable legislations.
