Role Description The Drone Pilot role at Sudaan Geo-Analytics is a full-time, on-site position based in Anand.

The Drone

Pilot will be responsible for planning and executing UAV flight missions for data collection across various project sites, ensuring safe and compliant operations in alignment with local regulations and company protocols. Day-to-day tasks include pre-flight inspections, equipment setup, flight path planning,



and conducting aerial surveys to capture high-quality imagery and geospatial data. The role involves coordinating with surveyors, GIS specialists, and data processing teams to align field operations with project requirements, as well as maintaining and troubleshooting drone hardware and related systems.

The Drone

Pilot will also contribute to flight documentation, operational reporting, and knowledge sharing to improve procedures and support training for team members.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated proficiency in Drone Piloting and hands-on experience operating Drones/UAV systems in field environments.
- Strong piloting capabilities, including manual and autonomous flight operations, with a focus on safety, precision, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience providing or receiving structured Training related to drone operations, safety procedures, and equipment handling.
- Knowledge of geospatial data collection workflows and familiarity with aerial survey practices, mapping, or related technical fields.
- Ability to work on-site at project locations, including outdoor and variable field conditions, with a high level of reliability and attention to detail.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (survey, GIS, engineering, and operations).
- Relevant certifications or licenses for drone/UAV operations as required by local regulations; technical or engineering background is an advantage.
- Prior experience in geospatial, surveying, construction, or infrastructure projects is beneficial.
