- Has worked on drafting, detailing, and designing jobs using AutoCAD, Revit, GCAD etc. other relevant software.
- Should have experience in drafting relevant discipline for all types of layouts and details
- Ability to read and understand the design and construction drawings and generate Estimations.
- Should have basic knowledge on HVAC / Electricals / Plumbing / SWD / Sewer / Firefighting / LV Control system.
- Preparation of Co-ordinations drawings connecting all MEP works.
- Design and Drafts various HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage and Fire Fighting.
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD and other CAD software.
- Ability to read and understand the design and construction drawings and generate quantity estimations.
Computer proficiency:
- REVIT
- Auto CAD
- Well verse with MS Office.
- Photoshop, Sketch-up - Working knowledge preferred
