We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Product Development Lead to join our dynamic team. You will lead a talented product development team, collaborating with Business Analysts, Customer Support, Quality Assurance, DevOps, Infrastructure, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:

- Prioritize the product s success and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Lead the product development team, providing technical guidance and ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of clean code and best practices.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Customer Support for project analysis, solution, and estimation.
- Manage the integration of the healthcare product with external systems both inbound and outbound.
- Take ownership of technical aspects of the product, including architecture, design, security, performance, and scalability.
- Deliver timely and accurate weekly progress reports to the leadership team.
- Ensure on-time delivery of product deliverables, meeting project deadlines and milestones.
- Thoroughly test and deliver a bug-free product to customers.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify potential opportunities.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster their skilled growth and maintain a high-performing team.

Required Skills:

- 15+ years of software development experience, with a focus on product development.
- 5+ years of experience in software architecture and design, demonstrating the ability to design scalable and secure solutions.
- 5+ years of experience leading product development teams, with proven leadership and team-building skills.




- Strong expertise in Microsoft technology stack, including dot net Core, dot net Framework, and ASPdot net MVC.
- Proficiency in client-side programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular JS, and React JS.
- Experience with integrations using Web APIs and EDIs.
- Solid knowledge of databases, particularly Azure SQL and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS.
- Thorough understanding of compliance standards in the healthcare industry, such as HIPAA, PCI, GDPR, etc
- Web and mobile development experience to cater to diverse healthcare platform needs.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, release pipelines, and code coverage.
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management, planning, and organization skills.
- Strong client management capabilities to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Proven experience in production support and troubleshooting for seamless product maintenance.

Desired Skills:

- Ability to conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, contributing to the product s strategic direction.
- Experience collaborating with design and engineering teams to create innovative product concepts and prototypes.
- Proficiency in preparing cost analysis for new product development, ensuring feasible and efficient solutions.
