To manage service-related transactions in the Dealer Management System (DMS), maintain accurate customer and vehicle service records, support service billing and warranty processes, and ensure smooth coordination between service advisors, technicians, the spare parts department, and accounts.

Educational Qualification
- Minimum graduation is preferred.
- Basic system knowledge is preferred.

- Working knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
- Good typing speed and accuracy in data entry.
- Understanding of job cards,
service invoices, and workshop processes.
- Attention to detail and solid record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage pending transactions and meet reporting deadlines.
- Customer data confidentiality and professional conduct.
- Willingness to learn TVS DMS procedures and dealership service standards.
