We are seeking a Senior OutSystems Developer to lead the design and development of scalable OutSystems applications supporting loan and reconciliation workflows. The role combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and collaboration across the full software development lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the design and development of OutSystems applications aligned with business objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into secure and scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership across design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Design data models, APIs, and integrations with financial and external systems.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, quality controls, and development best practices.
- Mentor developers and provide guidance on implementation approaches and problem resolution.
- Drive performance optimization, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure solution alignment.
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, demonstrations, and retrospectives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Between 8 to 12 Years of software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in OutSystems.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience designing data models, APIs,



and integrations.
- Ability to conduct code reviews and enforce secure coding and development standards.
- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience integrating with financial systems is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor developers, manage priorities, and meet delivery timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
