We are looking for a responsible, active, and well organised Stores, Dispatch & Operations In - Charge to manage inventory, dispatch operations, COD and Amazon Order packing, customer support, purchasing and day-to-day factory and office activities. The candidates should have good coordination skills, basic computer knowledge and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficeiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store & Inventory Management - Maintain Stock records, monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage of materials and products.
2. Factory Sales - Handle factory sales and coordination with customers visiting the factory.
3. Customer Support - Attend customer queries and clarify doubts related to factory sales and products.
4.



COD & Amazon Customer Support - Receive customer calls regarding COD and Amazon orders and resolve their queries.
5. Office & Factory Purchases - Purchase office Supplies, Factory requirements and other necessary materials.

6. Production Checking

7. COD Packing Control
8. Parcel Delivery Co-Ordination

9. Post Office Work

10. Dispatch Documents
11. Daily Operations CO-Ordination
