Processing & Coordination:

- Ensuring timely dispatch of goods as per customer orders and delivery schedules.

- Coordinating with the production, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations.

- Verifying and preparing dispatch documents such as invoices, challans, gate passes, and delivery notes.

2. Logistics & Transportation Management:

- Arranging and managing transportation (trucks, couriers, or other logistics providers).

- Tracking shipments and ensuring on-time deliveries.

- Coordinating with transporters for vehicle availability and cost negotiations.

3. Inventory & Stock Management:

- Maintaining records of dispatched goods and ensuring stock accuracy.

- Monitoring stock levels to prevent delays due to shortages.

- Conducting periodic stock audits related to dispatched materials.

4. Compliance & Documentation:

- Ensuring all dispatches comply with company policies,



government regulations, and safety standards.

- Managing GST invoices, e-way bills, and other regulatory documents.

- Handling any discrepancies in dispatch and coordinating for corrective actions.

5. Communication & Customer Support:

- Keeping customers informed about dispatch status, delays, and expected delivery timelines.

- Addressing and resolving any dispatch-related queries or complaints.

- Liaising with internal teams (sales, accounts, and production) for smooth operations.

6. Reporting & MIS:

- Maintaining records of dispatched goods, pending dispatches, and delivery performance.

- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports for management review.

- Analyzing dispatch trends and suggesting process improvements.
