Role Description The Director of Operations (US RCM) is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of US revenue cycle management teams, ensuring efficient workflows, accurate billing, and adherence to client service-level expectations.

The Director will monitor performance metrics, analyze operational data, and implement process improvements that drive collections, reduce denials, and support compliance with US healthcare billing regulations. The role includes leading and mentoring team managers, coordinating cross-functional communication with clients and internal stakeholders, and managing operational budgets and resource allocation. The Director will also handle escalations, support onboarding of new clients or practices,



and contribute to strategic planning for continuous service enhancement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process design, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement in a revenue cycle setting.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial and operational data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and develop diverse operational teams and mid-level managers.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to plan, manage, and optimize operational costs and resources aligned with organizational goals.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage client relationships, handle escalations, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Extensive experience in US healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably in multisite or MSO settings.
- Proven track record in operations leadership roles, ideally within healthcare or healthcare services organizations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications in RCM or operations are an advantage.
- Comfort with operational software, EHR systems, and reporting tools used in US RCM environments.
