– Associate Vice President- Commerce

We are looking to hire an AVP to lead and drive accountmanagement and P&L; for some of its leading clients operating within the Grocery, FMCG, OTC, Consumer Electronics, Retail and Luxury space.

Essentially the focus will be around solvingour client’s eCommercebusiness challenges throughwell planned and effective strategies, improving conversion and digital experience of our client’s brands on eCommerce marketplaces, e-retailer websites,and client’s own direct to consumer websitesto enhance their search ability and drive through to conversion. The mission is to be relevant, discoverable and drive efficiencies right down to the point of purchase.

The Responsibilities Include

Provide Account BusinessLeadership –

- Build a successful client specific e-commerce strategy
- Demonstrate thought leadership by developing and presenting client industry/market research findings, eCommerce search trends,eCommerce growth areas,current models to consider and relevant commerce case studies
- Ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the client engagement.
- Handling P&L; activities and mentoring the team.
- Be the thoughtleader and solutionexpert for eCommerce.

Deliver on eCommerce Scope of Work –
- Define strategyand drive businessgrowth of clientsacross 5-6 productcategories including Fashion, Food, Sports, Home Decor, and Appliances etc.
- Drive cataloguing, merchandising,



product assortment and brand store improvements
- Coordinate with clientson product pricing,inventory, weekly offers/discounts, promotional strategies and actionable insights from weekly competition analysis. P&L; responsibility with ownership to drive key business metrics (Conversion, GMV, ASP, Returns, Cancellations, Margins etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketingteam to defineclient-specific strategies and prioritize campaigns across various marketing channels (SEM, e-mailer, affiliate etc.)
- Create, manage and optimize client'sproduct listing acrossmarketplaces and DTC
- Coordinate marketing includingpromotional opportunities, pricingoptimization and content creation.
- P&L; responsibility for growing the client's business.
- Build processes, businessreporting, calendars to communicate merchandising & promotional plans
- With the direct or indirect team, ensure all deliverables withinthe eCommerce SOW (marketplaces, e- retailer websites and DTC) agreed with the client are completed.
- Identify product, serviceor issues, and resolve them accordingly.
- Develop a yearly plan and accelerate strategyfor growing the eCommerce business
- Ensure and build on the SOW which includesworking with counterparts across the business(both internal and external stakeholders).
- Work with otherteams to upskilland productize offering.
