About the Role

We are partnering with a leading Saudi diversified investment group, to identify an experienced AI and technology leader who will drive enterprise-wide AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives across multiple business units. Algihaz Holding operates across energy, infrastructure, construction, industrial solutions, technology, and strategic investments, offering a unique opportunity to influence transformation at scale.

This role is ideal for a senior skilled with 12-15 years of experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, technology consulting, or innovation leadership. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership to define AI roadmaps, identify high-value use cases, establish governance frameworks, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute enterprise-wide AI and technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities across multiple business units.
- Partner with senior business stakeholders to drive AI adoption and innovation initiatives.
- Establish AI governance frameworks, policies, and operating models.
- Build business cases and measure ROI for AI investments and transformation programs.




- Lead cross-functional transformation projects from strategy through implementation.
- Monitor emerging technologies and assess their relevance to the organization.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, implementation partners, and consultants.
- Drive organizational change, capability building, and AI adoption across the business.

Requirements

- 12-15 years of experience in AI Strategy, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, or Management Consulting.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation or AI initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to C-suite executives.
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps, governance frameworks, and operating models.
- Ability to translate business challenges into practical technology and AI solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and program management skills.
