Role & responsibilities
- Support daily production activities, achieve targets, and maintain quality standards.
- Follow safety procedures, SOPs, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Identify production issues, maintain records, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma in any discipline.
- 10th Standard: 60% or above
- Diploma: 60% or above
- Pass-out Year: 2024 / 2025 / 2026
- Candidates with 0~2 years of experience in manufacturing/automotive industries can also apply.
