Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving online visibility and engagement for UNibeats’ college events and brand. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and creating compelling content tailored to student audiences. The role involves coordinating with event teams to promote upcoming concerts and festivals, monitoring campaign performance through web analytics tools, and optimizing strategies based on data insights.

Executive will also collaborate with designers, artists, and college partners to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms and support overall event attendance and brand growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills, with experience in campaign planning and audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills to create engaging posts, captions, and event-related digital content.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and optimize digital campaigns.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with youth and college culture, basic design or creative tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop), and experience with event or entertainment brands.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, and the ability to work in office in Hyderabad in a fast-paced environment are preferred.
