Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum for a Digital Marketing Executive. The role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and web platforms to build brand awareness and drive engagement.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will create and manage online content, coordinate with internal teams to highlight services and promotions, and monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools.

Responsibilities include managing social media channels, optimizing website content, supporting online lead generation, and preparing regular performance reports.



The role requires close collaboration with management and clinical teams to ensure messaging aligns with the organization’s values and strategic goals.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Marketing, with the ability to plan and execute digital campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal coordination and external messaging.
- Practical experience in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing and the ability to create concise, engaging, and accurate content for websites and blogs.
- Hands-on experience with Web Analytics to track performance metrics, interpret data, and suggest improvements.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, online advertising platforms, and email marketing tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Trivandrum, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, or Ayurveda domains is an advantage but not mandatory.
