About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing professional with 4+ years of experience, preferably in the Agri-tech industry, to strengthen the brand presence of our product- Plant Experts AI, our AI-powered agricultural solution.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, developing a strong social media presence, creating engaging content, and positioning Plant Experts AI as a trusted brand among farmers, agricultural professionals, and other relevant audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Brand Building: Develop and execute strategies to build brand awareness, establish brand identity, and strengthen the market positioning of Plant Experts AI.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, through consistent and engaging content.
- Content Strategy: Plan and create content around agriculture, crop health, AI-driven crop diagnosis, farming solutions, and product features.
- Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase reach, engagement, website traffic, and product awareness.
- Audience Engagement: Build network with farmers, agronomists, agri-businesses, and other relevance through digital platforms.
- Brand Communication: Maintain consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and tone across all marketing channels.
- Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns, social media, website, and other relevant channels to drive business growth.




- Performance Tracking: Monitor social media growth, engagement, campaign performance, and other key marketing metrics to optimize results.
- Market Research: Track agri-tech trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product and technical teams to understand product capabilities and translate them into effective marketing communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or social media management.
- Prior experience in the Agri-tech or agriculture industry is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in managing social media platforms and developing content strategies.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, brand awareness, and digital audience engagement.
- Excellent written communication and content development skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and performance tracking tools.
- Creative thinking, planning, and execution skills with a result-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience marketing agricultural products, farming solutions, or technology-driven products.
- Understanding of farmers' digital behaviour and the agricultural ecosystem.
- Experience with social media campaigns, brand awareness and lead-generation activities.
