Role: Digital Lending HeadLocation: Mumbai | Work Mode: Full time, On-site

We are looking for a Digital Lending Head to build and scale Bullit’s MSME lending business by developing lender partnerships, driving loan disbursements, and improving the end-to-end digital lending journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and lending institutions.
- Drive MSME loan sourcing, conversion, and disbursement targets.
- Define lending products, customer segments, and eligibility criteria.
- Manage the end-to-end digital lending journey, from lead generation to disbursement.




- Work with technology and product teams to automate lending workflows and integrate lenders.
- Monitor business performance, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with applicable lending regulations and partner requirements.
- Build and lead the digital lending team.

Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in digital lending, MSME lending, or fintech.
- Strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and lending partners.
- Experience in loan origination, credit processes, and digital lending operations.
- Proven ability to drive business growth and loan disbursements.
- Strong commercial, analytical, and team leadership skills.
- Experience working with technology teams on digital lending platforms is preferred.
