About the role

We are looking for a responsible, quick-learning Email Marketing Executive to join our Email marketing team in Bhopal. You will build, edit and send email campaigns, working closely with the team to make sure every email is well-designed, accurate and delivered on time. This role suits a computer graduate with strong HTML and CSS skills who wants to grow in a target-driven, hands-on marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, edit and maintain responsive email templates using HTML and CSS.
- Build and set up email campaigns in the email marketing platform, and schedule and send them on time.
- Test emails across devices, screen sizes and major email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.) to ensure consistent rendering.
- Proofread content, links, images and personalisation fields to maintain quality and accuracy before every send.
- Manage and segment email lists, and keep contact data clean and up to date.
- Track campaign performance (open rate, click rate, bounce rate, unsubscribes) and share regular reports.
- Support A/B testing and suggest improvements to raise engagement and conversions.
- Coordinate with the content, design and sales teams to deliver campaigns within deadlines.




- Learn and adapt to new tools, platforms and processes as the team's needs evolve.
- Take ownership of assigned campaigns from planning through to reporting.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, especially for email template creation and editing.
- A responsible and proactive approach toward assigned tasks.
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Good task management skills, with the ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- A target-oriented mindset, strong work ethic, and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

- Computer graduate (B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. IT / MCA or equivalent) with strong HTML and CSS skills.
- Good communication skills.

Good to Have

- Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, Zoho Campaigns or similar.
- Basic understanding of email deliverability, spam compliance and list hygiene.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Figma or Canva.
- Basic understanding of analytics and reporting.
