Team Handling , Construction Management ,Scheduling , Planning and monitoring, Lifting Philosphy, Heavy Lift Strategy ,ODC Movement Plan,Installation & alignment of various static, rotary & package equipment at respective Units within timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities of Role
Review & finalize detailed execution plan & schedule Monitoring and coordinating for equipment procurement and ensuring availability of material on-time Planning and finalizing and monitoring erection scheme and alignment of equipment Coordination with respective departments for pre erection activities and readiness Vendor representative co-ordination for mechanical works.
Establish and maintain MIS for Management reporting.
Planning and Execution of Heavy Lift Strategy along with ODC Movement, P&M; faciltation , Lifting Plan etc Study of package MDB and catalogue.
Attending progress review meetings.
Weekly,monthly Meeting with contractors
Technical Competencies
Commitment Towards Safety Standards,Technical Knowledge (Welding Codes & Standards, Designing, Quality etc.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related area, with a Master's degree preferred.
Experiences: Minimum experience: 15-20 years.
Expertise in handling equipment erection and alignment Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders (Internal and External) and conducting negotiations with large-scale.
