Role Overview

Must-Have Competencies

- Demonstrated DevOps experience delivering production-grade software.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficient in using Ansible for automation and configuration management.
- Proven experience in Microsoft Azure, with special focus on Azure DevOps.
- Skilled in using Terraform for infrastructure as code and cloud resource management.
- Experience with GitLab for version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Automating the creation and maintenance of complex cloud infrastructure (anything as code).
- Strong cross-discipline and cross-group collaboration skills.
- Passion for delivering high-quality, delightful user experience.
- Solid problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies and adopt appropriate solutions from established or open-source technologies. Responsibilities / Expectations
- Automate and manage infrastructure deployments using Ansible and Terraform.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and reliable application deployments.




- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues.
- Continuously seek opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency.
- Design and delivery of the mission critical stack, with focus on security, resiliency, scale, and performance.
- Partner with our development teams in defining and implementing improvements in service architecture.
- Articulate technical characteristics of services and technology areas and guide Development Teams to engineer new solutions on the Azure Cloud.
- Solve complex problems related to cloud services and to improve the availability, scalability, and efficiency of our products and services.

- Facilitate service capacity planning and demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and system tuning.
