Primary Skills

3–5 years of working experience in desktop/GUI application development using C#, C++, C, and Python with hands-on involvement in tool/application development, data visualization, or engineering analytics tools

Proficiency in .NET Framework / .NET Core (WinForms, WPF) for building desktop applications with rich UI controls, docking panels, and real-time data rendering

Experience with OpenGL / OpenTK or similar graphics frameworks for 2D/3D visualization

Robust skills in file format parsing and data processing

Knowledge of Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence for version control, project tracking, and documentation

Experience with Windows and Linux platforms including cross-platform IPC, socket communication, and process automation

Secondary Skills

Experience with communication protocols such as CAN, Automotive Ethernet

Knowledge of RADAR data structures — detections, point clouds, range-doppler maps, FFT spectra, vehicle ego-motion

Experience with real-time data streaming and replay — protocol parsing (TCP/UDP), live visualization, time-synchronized playback

Familiarity with plotting/charting libraries and signal processing visualization

Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink for algorithm understanding

Experience with installer/packaging tools and CI/CD pipelines

Exposure to web technologies (ASP.NET, REST APIs, WebSocket) for browser-based tool interfaces

Responsibility

Develop, maintain, and enhance offline simulation and logging tools for data replay, analysis, and validation

Implement high-performance file readers for large automotive log files

Design and implement data extraction for offline analysis by algorithm teams





Develop cross-platform communication modules — TCP/UDP data acquisition, IPC between Windows and Linux systems

Perform software design, implementation, testing, and debugging while following coding standards and ensuring maintainable, modular architecture

Utilize AI Copilot tools (GitHub Copilot, Engineering AI Assistants) to accelerate development and maintain code quality

Collaborate with RADAR algorithm teams, system engineers, and validation teams to understand data requirements and deliver tool features aligned with project milestones

Support deployment and release management — installers, versioning, user documentation, and defect resolution
