We are looking for a skilled Electrical Estimation Engineer with experience in electrical control panel manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, technical quotations, Bill of Materials (BOM), and coordinating with the design, purchase, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze customer enquiries, technical specifications, SLDs, and electrical drawings.
- Prepare detailed cost estimations for electrical control and power panels.
- Prepare accurate BOMs based on customer requirements and drawings.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations.
- Estimate material, fabrication, busbar, wiring, assembly, and testing costs.
- Select electrical components such as MCCBs, ACBs, MCBs, contactors, relays, meters, PLCs, VFDs, and other accessories.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain competitive material prices.
- Coordinate with design, purchase, and production teams for project execution.
- Review customer specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain estimation records, quotation revisions, and cost comparison reports.

Required Technical Knowledge
- PCC,



MCC, APFC, AMF, ATS, VFD, PLC, and Control Panels.
- Electrical SLD and control circuit drawing interpretation.
- Electrical component selection and sizing.
- Copper and aluminium busbar estimation.
- Panel enclosure and sheet metal fabrication cost estimation.
- Power and control wiring estimation.
- Knowledge of IEC 61439 and relevant electrical standards.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Positive proficiency in MS Excel for BOM and cost estimation.

- Ability to prepare accurate quotations within deadlines.
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with previous experience in LT Electrical Panel Manufacturing, Control Panel Estimation, or Electrical Switchgear Industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
