Requirement gathering, UAT, MS Excel, SQL , API (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end projects from BRD to go-live
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, Policy
- Perform timely UAT
- Support product & business in BAU
- Assist in production support for assigned applications
- Coordinate release activities with IT teams
- Provide inputs on product preference based on business needs
- Benchmark competition & propose initiatives
