Kaveri University invites applications from experienced and result-oriented professionals for the position of Deputy Manager – Outreach. The candidate will coordinate institutional outreach activities, engage with prospective students, build relationships with educational institutions, and support student recruitment and admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate outreach and student engagement activities in line with university objectives.
- Represent the University at career fairs, education expos, seminars, and student recruitment events.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, counsellors, educators, students, and parents.
- Conduct institutional visits, workshops, counselling sessions,



and awareness programmes.
- Generate prospective student leads and coordinate with the Admissions team for follow-ups and conversions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track leads, follow-ups, outreach activities, and conversions.
- Prepare outreach reports and monitor performance against assigned targets.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Robust relationship management and coordination abilities.
- Experience in student recruitment, admissions, outreach, or education marketing.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, lead tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to meet student recruitment and lead-generation targets.
