Description:

1Responsible for operation and maintenance of the Process Plant ,PLC/DCS/SCADA system etc. Responsible for doing troubleshootings and preventive maintenance of the instruments related systems2Response for calibrations,preventive maintenance,Breakdown and shutdown3Responsible for upkeep of QMS system documents(Incident,deviation,change control and CAPA)for the instrumentation section4Responsible for all optimisation projects in Instruments & automation5Responsible for work with vendors and machine manufacturers for installation,commissioning and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems.6Responsible for Manpower Handling , Vendor development,7Responsible for Modification in the process instrumentation8Knowledge of Preparation for CAPEX & Repair and Maintenance Budget9Knowledge in SAP , PLC programming / Automation , Network10Training and development of Engineers and technicians.
