Tecnimont is hiring Project Engineers to join our agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the engineering efforts on large-scale projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet technical specifications, timelines, and budget constraints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage engineering resources, and oversee project schedules while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate engineering activities for major projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies and methodologies that align with project goals.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams including procurement, construction, and quality assurance.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on technical challenges and career development.
- Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate project progress and address concerns.

Skills and Tools Required

- Extensive experience in engineering design and project management within the oil and gas, petrochemical, or energy sectors.
- Proficient in engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, P&ID;, and SAP.




- Strong understanding of engineering principles, project controls, and quality management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in engineering practices.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming project challenges.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following:
