About the RoleHuman Intelligence Labs is looking for a Data Science Faculty/Trainer who can explain concepts clearly and help students apply them through practical exercises and projects.

You will teach aspiring data professionals, guide their learning, and help them develop the technical skills and confidence needed for industry roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom sessions in data analytics, data science, and applied machine learning.
- Teach Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, statistics, data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, and data visualization.
- Explain machine learning concepts, including regression, classification, clustering, and model evaluation.
- Create lesson plans, coding exercises, assignments, assessments, and practical case studies.
- Guide students through projects using real-world datasets, from understanding the problem to presenting results.
- Review student code, notebooks, dashboards, and projects, providing actionable feedback.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and support students with different learning speeds.
- Track student progress and help prepare them for technical interviews.
- Collaborate with mentors and the curriculum team to keep course content relevant and practical.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Python, SQL, and core data analytics concepts.




- Working proficiency with Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
- Ability to teach Excel reporting and Power BI dashboards, including Power Query and basic DAX.
- Sound knowledge of probability, statistics, and machine learning fundamentals using Scikit-learn.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language and demonstrate them through hands-on examples.
- Solid communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to student learning, regular feedback, and timely course delivery.

Good to Have
- Practical industry experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, or machine learning.
- Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience.
- A portfolio of analysis projects, dashboards, or machine learning work.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, XGBoost, LightGBM, and model explainability.
- Experience translating business problems into data-driven solutions.

QualificationsA relevant degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with strong practical skills and demonstrated teaching ability are also encouraged to apply.What We Offer
