Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement data control processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to streamline data collection and reporting methods.
- Create and maintain documentation related to data processes, systems, and compliance.
- Provide training and support to staff on data management practices and tools.
- Identify and troubleshoot data-related issues, providing timely solutions to enhance data usability.
- Assist in the design of data architecture and database systems to support organizational goals.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following:

- A strong background in data management and analysis, preferably with a degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, as well as familiarity with database management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Solid communication skills to effectively convey data insights and collaborate with team members.
- Experience in auditing and quality assurance processes will be an advantage.
