Job Summary

We are looking for an empathetic, detail-oriented Customer Support & Enquiry Specialist to be the primary point of contact for our users. In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries, guide users through our comparison tools, resolve platform issues, and ensure every customer receives explicit, accurate, and helpful assistance regarding their medical comparison queries.

Key Responsibilities

* Inquiry Management: Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone regarding medical comparisons, platform navigation, and service offerings.

* User Guidance:



Help users understand how to use the website to compare medical costs, and healthcare providers.

* Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot user accounts, subscription issues, or technical glitches on the website, escalating complex bugs to the technical team.

* Data Verification Support: Assist users in understanding general platform data, while adhering to guidelines that distinguish informational support from formal medical

* Feedback Collection: Gather user feedback and feature requests to help our product team continuously improve the website experience.

* Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within our CRM system.
