Job Title: Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a customer-oriented and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide information about courses, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide information about available courses, training programs, and services.
- Follow up with prospective students and existing customers.
- Explain course details, fees, and enrollment procedures.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Coordinate with the sales and academic teams to resolve customer queries.
- Assist students throughout the enrollment process.




- Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Any degree is preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Fluency in Tamil and basic English is preferred.
