Remoat Teams is hiring for a leading international BPO in Hyderabad. This role is mostly calls (about 70%) with some chat (about 30%). You'll help US customers of a large telecom company with their bills, plans, account changes and simple technical problems.
What you need
- At least 1 year of experience in international customer support, on calls or a mix of calls and chat (not domestic-only). We can't consider freshers.
- Transparent, confident spoken and written English
- A graduate or undergraduate degree
- Happy to work night shifts on US hours, 5 days a week, with rotating days off
- Able to work from our Hyderabad office
What you get
- ₹4.25 to 4.40 LPA, depending on your experience
