• Responsible to perform ASSA &
• Annual Product Safety, Attending internal & external audits. Maintenance: •Responsible to perform Preventive Maintenance, Material arrangement as per upcoming PM code & repair task. •Support to other route for PM, call backs as required and Support Assistant Technician during service and maintenance operations at sites, acting as buddy to enhance their technical skills. Troubleshooting &
• Repairs: • Attending Service Call to Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, as well as perform Root Cause Analysis of Service Call to reduce the call backs. •Carry out Self-checking of Critical and Serious NCs on their jobs and work towards resolution of all the NC.
Customer Relation: •Ensuring customer satisfaction over service (Maintenance, service call, Repair work). •Supporting service sales team for business development. •Work in office with an ambassador’s attitude, representing the company professionally and ensuring all activities meet established standards and policiesEmployee Type:
