Job Title: Customer Sales & Order Management Executive

Job Overview The candidate will be responsible for identifying new B2B customers, converting enquiries into confirmed orders, handling online customer enquiries, and managing orders from initial enquiry to factory production, packing, and final dispatch.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage customer relationships and order records efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Research & B2B Sales

- Identify and approach new customers, including wholesalers, distributors, retailers and bulk buyers.
- Research potential customers through online platforms.
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Follow up with leads, negotiate with customers, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

2. Online Marketing & Enquiry Handling

- Handle enquiries received through WhatsApp and other online platforms.
- Respond promptly to customer queries.




- Follow up with interested customers to improve sales conversion.
- Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and confirmed orders.

3. Order Management & Coordination

- Enter and manage orders using company software or an order management system.
- Track orders from confirmation through production, packing, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with transport and logistics providers for timely dispatch.
- Update customers about order status and delivery schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, email, and online platforms.
- Solid follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and convert leads into orders.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
