About KFPL

Kurikkal Furnishing Private Limited (KFPL) operates in the furnishing and interior-products industry, offering products such as foam, fabrics, rexine, carpets and related materials to customers and businesses.

We are looking for an organized, proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to support daily showroom operations, ensure smooth order fulfilment, maintain customer relationships and assist the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate customer orders from confirmation to final delivery.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, order confirmations and pending orders.
- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, finance and delivery teams to ensure timely order processing and fulfilment.
- Check product availability and communicate order or delivery updates to customers.
- Follow up on pending customer payments and outstanding balances.
- Support cash collection and ensure all collections are properly documented and handed over according to company procedures.
- Assist the sales team in converting enquiries into orders and generating repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer details, orders, invoices, collections and follow-ups.
- Handle customer concerns and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.




- Monitor pending orders and follow-ups to avoid delays and improve customer satisfaction.
- Support daily branch operations and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.

Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and organizational abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or similar business systems.
- Accuracy in maintaining customer, order and payment records.
- A responsible attitude towards cash handling and financial documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail operations, sales coordination or order management is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills, willingness to learn and a responsible attitude may also apply.
