Role Summary

The Digital Initiatives team at Educart is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional to join one of the fastest-growing education startups at Agrawal Group of Publications. The candidate will be responsible for managing teacher interactions, validating customer details, handling specimen book coordination, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role involves working closely with the Senior Digital Sales Manager on various customer engagement activities.

? Key Responsibilities:

Connect with teachers and verify their details for the Specimen Programme.

Understand teachers’ book requirements and coordinate specimen book dispatch.

Follow up on deliveries and collect feedback from teachers.

Maintain accurate records of teacher interactions and feedback.





Handle teacher queries and complaints professionally.

Build strong relationships with teachers and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

? Requirements:

Fresher or Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or customer relationship management.

Excellent English communication and speaking skills.

Strong follow-up, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

? Preferred Skills:

Experience in the education or publishing industry.

Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced setting.
