Role Title: Customer Relationship Executive – Post Service Follow-up (CRE – PSF)

- Industry: Two-Wheeler Automobile Dealership / Workshop (e.g., Honda, Hero, Bajaj, TVS)
- Department: After-Sales Service / Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Reporting To: CRM Manager / Service Manager / Branch Manager

A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE – PSF) in a two-wheeler automobile dealership conducts post-service follow-up calls, gathers customer feedback, and resolves after-sales service concerns to improve brand loyalty and the dealership’s Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
