Age Limit: 18–32 years.

Communication: Excellent fluency in spoken and written US English. Robust listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills. Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Basic computer knowledge and the ability to navigate multiple systems. Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Working Days: 5 days a week.

Weekly Offs: 2 days off.

Cab Facility: Two-way cab transportation within a 20 km radius of the office, subject to company transport policies. Training and process guidance will be provided as per company requirements.

Salary Structure Freshers: ₹19,000–₹23,000 per month (in-hand) Experienced Candidates: ₹33,000–₹35,000 per month (in-hand) Salary is subject to the candidate's experience, assessment, and applicable company policies.

Interview

ProcessThe selection process consists of 3 rounds: HR Round: Introduction, eligibility, shift flexibility, and salary discussion.

Aptitude Round: Assessment of logical reasoning and basic aptitude.

Operations Round: Communication assessment, customer-handling scenarios, and process suitability.
