We are lookimg to hire Customer Relationship Manager for Bhiwandi Warehouse with 3+years of exprience into Logistics / 3PL / Contract Logistics and Warehousing.

Brief details as follows :

- A customer relationship manager (CRM) in a warehouse is responsible for maintaining and improving customer relations.
- Customer Data: Collect, analyse, and use customer data to identify patterns and insights.
- Customer experience: Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Customer interaction: Analyse customer interactions and implement communication strategies.
- Customer Complaining:- resolved customer complaints quickly.
- Customer Retention: Develop and execute strategies to retain existing customers.

Skills/Knowledge

Should have computer knowledge, excel ,Computer & valuable typing speed.Communications skills,Customer customer coordination/key account management/customer relations skills.

Minimum experience of 3 years +

Educational Qualification: Graduate.

Location: Bhawale-Bhiwandi.Maharashtra
