Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Credit Officer to manage Accounts Receivable and Credit Control activities, including collections, ageing review, dispute management, cash application, and customer account management. The role is responsible for improving cash flow, minimizing credit risk, and ensuring effective O2C operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage collections and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Conduct AR ageing reviews and maintain collection records.
- Resolve customer disputes, short payments, and deduction claims.
- Handle customer queries related to invoices, payments, and statements.
- Perform payment allocations and investigate unmatched receipts.
- Process customer refunds and manage unapplied cash/credits.
- Prepare weekly and monthly AR reports and account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Billing,



Treasury, and Master Data teams.
- Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.

Experience & Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or O2C processes.
- Strong understanding of:
- Collections & Credit Management
- AR Ageing & Reconciliation
- Dispute Resolution
- Cash Application
- Customer Account Management

- Experience in FMCG, SSC, or high-volume environments preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
