A creative strategist to lead Practo's internal creative team and build the in-house content studio ground up. You will inspire and lead by example on the creative front. Grow the Practo organic business through content, with end-to-end ownership of everything creative and content.

WHAT YOU'LL LEAD

- Lead the internal creative team and set the bar by example, not just by brief
- Build creative studio with a team of editors and production crew
- Own YouTube and Meta end-to-end. Packaging, posting cadence, playlists,, collabs, and algorithm levers
- Own performance creatives - what works, why it works, and the next one off the back of that
- Build and scale content IPs for Practo
- Write copy that earns attention - hooks, titles, captions, scripts

WHAT YOU BRING
- 6-9 years in content, creator ops, or channel growth
- Have personally shipped YouTube and Meta content that performed, at a creator shop, media brand, or in-house content team
- Deep understanding on the art and science of content to build channels organically
- Read retention curves, CTR, AVD, and follow-through like a creator
- Deep understanding of performance creatives
- Sharp copywriter.



You can write a line that makes consumer stop scrolling
- Have built and led creative teams before - editors, producers, writers
- Comfortable on a set, in a script doc, and in the edit. Know what makes an edit land, not just review it
- Early on trends and formats, and know how to adapt them for the brand
- Uses AI across the workflow and has a transparent view on where it helps and where it doesn't

TOOLS EXPOSURE
- Edit: Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, or Captions.AI
- Analytics: YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, VidIQ.
- Research: Google Trends, SEMrush, comment-mining tools
- AI workflow: ChatGPT or Claude for scripting and research, Dubverse, Heygen, Captions or ElevenLabs for voice and dubs, avatar and presenter tools
- Distribution: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, creator whitelisting setups

GOOD TO HAVE
- Healthcare, health-tech, or regulated-category content experience
- Being a creator yourself is an added advantage
- Exposure to working with D2C Brands in the past
