: Content Strategist

About the Role:

We are looking for a Content Strategist to connect our brand goals with creative content that performs. You will research audiences and trends, shape the big ideas behind campaigns, and guide design, copy, and video teams to produce effective content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research target audiences, market trends, and competitors to uncover actionable insights.
- Define the core message, positioning, and “big idea” behind campaigns and content series.
- Write clear creative briefs for designers, copywriters, and video teams.
- Plan content direction and calendars across social media, paid ads, email, and the website.
- Analyze content and campaign performance, and use the data to refine ideas and test new angles.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and performance teams to ensure consistent execution.
- Stay on top of social media trends and formats, and turn them into content opportunities.
- Maintain brand voice and tone consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements and Experience:

- Proven experience in content, creative, or social media strategy.




- Hands-on experience with e-commerce and clothing/fashion brands; experience across multiple brands is preferred.
- Actively involved on social media, with a good grasp of trends and formats.
- Experience with brand research and content creation tools.
- Solid understanding of consumer behavior, storytelling, and content marketing.
- Analytical mindset with comfort reading performance data.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour
