About the Role:

We are looking for a Creative Strategist with strong creative thinking, conceptualisation, and visual communication skills to develop impactful creative ideas and strategies for healthcare and pharmaceutical brands.

The role involves understanding client objectives, identifying the right creative direction, developing campaign concepts, and working closely with design, copy, medical, and digital teams to bring ideas to life across different communication platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of creative art and design, along with working knowledge of digital marketing and social media, enabling them to develop relevant and engaging ideas for both traditional and digital platforms.

Key Responsbilities:

- Develop innovative creative concepts, campaign ideas, and communication strategies based on client and brand objectives.
- Translate briefs into strong creative ideas, visual concepts, and communication directions.
- Provide creative direction and inputs on art, design, visual storytelling, layouts, typography, imagery, and overall aesthetics.
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, medical writers, and digital teams to execute creative concepts.
- Develop integrated creative ideas for print, digital, social media, websites, videos, presentations, and other communication formats.
- Review creative work and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and consistency.
- Understand target audiences and develop creative communication that is relevant and engaging.
- Research current creative, design, digital, social media, and advertising trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Contribute to digital and social media campaigns, including content ideas, campaign themes, reels, carousels,



and other formats.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure creative concepts are strategically aligned with the overall communication objective.
- Present and explain creative concepts and ideas to internal teams and clients.
- Explore and incorporate AI and emerging creative technologies into the creative development process.

Required Skills:

- Strong creative conceptualisation and idea-generation skills.
- Excellent understanding of art, design, visual communication, and aesthetics.
- Strong knowledge of branding, advertising, and creative communication.
- Ability to develop an idea from initial concept through to execution.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Understanding of social media content formats, digital campaigns, and audience engagement.
- Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with creative and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- Knowledge of AI-powered creative and content-generation tools is an advantage.

Preferred Experience:

- 5–10 years of experience in creative agencies, advertising, branding, digital marketing, healthcare/pharma communications, or related industries.
- Experience handling creative campaigns and working across multiple media platforms.
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical communication will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should have a robust portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, campaign ideas, art direction, branding, and digital/social media work.
