We are looking for a Cosmetic R&D; Executive / Chemist to support new product development, formulation optimization, and regulatory-compliant innovation for skin care and oral care products. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about cosmetic science, ingredient innovation, and scalable manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize cosmetic & oral care formulations
Conduct laboratory trials and stability testing
Research recent ingredients, actives, and formulation technologies
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
Prepare technical documentation and formulation records
Support scale-up and production transfer activities
Collaborate with QA, QC, and production teams
Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues
