? Key Responsibilities

✅ Source and purchase corporate gifting items and all business accessories.

✅ Identify and develop current vendors, suppliers and wholesalers

✅ Conduct market visits to explore new vendors, products, and competitive pricing.

✅ Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery timelines, and commercial conditions.

✅ Compare quotations from multiple vendors and finalize cost-effective deals.

✅ Independently close purchase deals and coordinate order execution.

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors.





✅ Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchase requirements and budgets.

✅ Ensure timely delivery, product quality, and proper purchase documentation.

? Required Skills

- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Strong vendor sourcing and supplier development skills.
- Good market knowledge and willingness to travel locally for market visits.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
- Commercial awareness with a cost-saving mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
