- Minimum experience: 5 years.
- Must be proficient in Indian and Chinese cuisine and capable of cooking on a traditional chulha.
- Salary for cook: ₹15,000 per month.
- If the candidate is married and his wife is willing to work as a kitchen/helper staff member, an additional ₹8,000 per month will be offered to the wife.
- Food and accommodation: Free for the couple.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can manage both contemporary kitchen requirements and traditional village-style cooking.
