Role Description The Contract Manager will oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining standardized contract templates, and mitigating contractual risks across space, infrastructure, and technology projects. The role involves collaborating closely with sales, operations, finance, and legal teams to align contract terms with business objectives and project deliverables.

The Contract

Manager will also maintain accurate contract records,



track key milestones and obligations, and support dispute resolution and change management. This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Strong contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills, with experience managing commercial and service agreements.
- Knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance, and risk management related to real estate, infrastructure, or B2B platforms.
- Proficiency in documentation control, contract administration tools, and maintaining organized contract repositories.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to interpret complex terms, pricing structures, and service-level commitments.
- Relevant experience in contracts or legal operations within warehousing, industrial, commercial real estate, or technology sectors is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications in contract management are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and manage multiple contracts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
