We have competencies in Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Strong foundation in transaction tax advisory with ability to research domestic and international tax, corporate law, SEBI, FEMA, Competition Act, and stamp duty implications on complex deals.



Capability to analyze inbound and outbound transactions, corporate reorganizations, and securities market issues, and apply tax theory to client-specific requirements. Experience in conducting direct tax diligence by reviewing historical tax positions, compliance records, and key risk areas, and documenting findings in structured diligence reports. Proficient in preparing clear deliverables and presentations in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and email formats based on detailed tax research and analysis. Ability to use tax processes, tools, and working papers effectively to support efficient execution, updated documentation, and high-quality transaction tax deliverables.
