Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Solid understanding of Companies Act, 2013 and its application in corporate law and transaction advisory engagements.
- Experience in supporting fundraising transactions, including legal due diligence and documentation-related activities.
- Working knowledge of SEBI laws and regulatory requirements relevant to corporate structuring and capital market transactions.
- Ability to assist in corporate transformation matters, including compliance, restructuring, and transaction support.
- Exposure to general consulting work with a focus on delivering legally sound and regulation-aligned solutions.
