- Construction Planning / Scheduling
- Coordinate and develop a plan to complete a construction project execution based on schedule, available resource.
- Prepare construction plan that detail project status and any issues that may arise during construction.
- Develop and maintain Planned Schedule with Actual Update.
- Coordinate with Contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth construction project execution.

- Progress monitoring & Reporting:

- Prepare Periodical planning reports with analysis of construction status.
- Managing and review subcontractor’s construction status report (periodical report, planning report etc.)
- Generate earned‑value reports and forecast completion dates.
- Identify and mitigate schedule risks and bottlenecks.

- Subcontractor coordination

- Liaise with the Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Contracts team to finalize subcontractor
- Conduct kickoff meetings with subcontractors to align on sequencing, critical path items, and interface points.
- Track subcontractor commitments, change orders, and schedule revisions.

- Advanced Work Package

- Ensure that the project’s AWP processes and procedures are complete and up to date.
- Work with Engineering, Procurement team to develop CWP planning and schedule.
- Managing Construction Work Area (CWA), and Construction Work Package (CWP)

- Support and supervise execution of EWP, CWP, IWP schedule.

- Collaboration & Communication:

- Facilitate schedule-related meetings with project teams.
- Communicate schedule information effectively to all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to resolve interface conflicts.
- Participate in progress meetings and provide schedule‑related input.

- Best Practices & Standards:

- Contribute to the development and improvement of lesson learnt and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare manuals, procedures
- Mentor junior engineers
